Our stay at Grand Palais was disappointing overall. While the location is fantastic and the apartments are spacious, we encountered several cleanliness issues that took away from the experience. The initial welcome felt off-putting with so many warnings about fines, and the customer service left much to be desired. However, the large rooms with a balcony were a nice touch, and we enjoyed the area despite these issues.
